The Movements of Grief

This workshop, facilitated by Mandy Cox,  will provide an opportunity to further reflect on and understand the journey of grief through the notion of movement.  We will explore three elements that assist in moving people through their grief experience: Transience, Transition and Transformation.  These will be further developed in the context of working with people who have, or continue to, experience change and loss in their lives.

This workshop will also allow space for personal reflection on your own grief journey and opportunity to apply the learnings in both your personal and professional context.
