Eva Burrows CollegeThis unit is designed to give you the knowledge and skills for developing and leading teams in ministry context. You will examine the developmental stages of teams and healthy team dynamics as foundational concepts for effective team ministry. You will learn about leading ministry teams by using strategies such as effective communication, identifying strengths and weaknesses of the team, and enlarging the capacity of the team.
