The website for Together, Yes (the kitchen table conversations movement for the Voice) can be found here and allows individuals to sign up as a Conversation Host or join an information session.
Victoria Women’s Trust also have a large document on their website that includes a more general guide to hosting kitchen table conversations, and there may be some useful info.
