Job opportunity | Paediatric Hospital Spiritual Care Practitioner

Health & Community Chaplaincy Committee

The Presbyterian Church of Victoria’s Health and Community Chaplaincy Committee is seeking to employ two paediatric hospital chaplains to serve at the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne.

The positions are part time: 15 hours per week (0.4 Full Time Equivalent). They are classified as Level 2 under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020, and will be remunerated accordingly.

Please note: Depending upon the interest in the positions there may be the possibility of there instead being one position part time: 30 hours per week (0.8 Full Time Equivalent).

The positions are being offered as two-year fixed-term employment contracts. The successful candidates will be expected to commence work in November 2024, or as soon as practicable.
