The Baptcare Spiritual Care Team has a vacancy for an experienced Spiritual Care Professional (Chaplain) in Morwell, Victoria, at Heritage Manor Community Residential Aged Care.

About the role

Baptcare has a professional Spiritual Care Team of over 30 Spiritual Care Coordinators working in all service areas. We are looking for an experienced, articulate, and competent Spiritual Care Professional to work as part of the staff team at Baptcare Heritage Manor Community in Morwell, Victoria.

This is a part time position at 0.6 FTE (3 days a week).

The Spiritual Care Coordinator is responsible for:

• the provision of high-quality spiritual care for residents and their families;
• significant co-creative leadership with teams;
• effective recruitment, training and supervision of spiritual care volunteers;
• and in conjunction with managers, supporting the co-ordination, resourcing and development of initiatives with staff that facilitate the integration of spiritual care across the organisation.
