Planned Maintenance for UD systems from 5-11pm Wednesday 8 April

Planned maintenance has been scheduled for Wednesday 8 April 2020 between the hours of 5pm and 11pm AEST which will result in some university application systems being unavailable during this time. Although maintenance upgrades are restricted to within the Paradigm (TAMS) system, due to central authentication of university systems, the planned outage will mean that users will not be able to log into Paradigm, ARK and the Library Hub.

The maintenance will:

• improve the reliability and sustainability of Paradigm; as well as to
• improve the functionality of Paradigm.

The outage has been scheduled at this time in order to reduce the impact upon students and staff.

The Office of the Vice-Chancellor would like to assure all users that full functionality should be restored by 11pm on Wednesday evening.
