The School of Indigenous Studies team encourage you to read this communication from Allies for Uluru and participate in A Million Calls for Yes.
Honest and open conversations – even brief ones over text that you have with your oldest friend – are what will make the difference in these final days. You don’t have to open by telling people how to vote. You don’t have to be an expert. There are many ways to have conversations – what matters is that we have them, and have them from the heart.
A Million Calls for Yes
In these final seven days, we’re asking you to talk to as many people as you can. Mobilise your staff and volunteers to pick up the phone and call their friends, neighbours and family. Get together with a pizza and have a phone calling party to help the campaign reach their goal of 1 million calls. Whatever works best!
Make calls for YESThe School’s mission is to encourage the development of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander theologies and ministries, and to decolonise the eurocentric versions of Christianity that remain dominant in this country.
