Mindfulness meditation provides a way of relating to all experiences that can reduce suffering and lead to personal transformation.
This course is for anyone who wants to better understand themselves (and the Divine) and anyone who feels stressed, anxious, or suffering in life.
Investing in mindfulness will help you wake up and savour every moment of life, improve your attention, and befriend your emotions.
