CTC Seminar | David Walsh: the Person and Secularism

Fr Jerome Santamaria will present an introduction to the work of David Walsh, Emeritus Professor in the Department of Politics at the Catholic University of America. He focused on Walsh’s philosophy of the person in his doctoral dissertation on revelation. The talk will consist of:

1)    a summary of the trajectory of Walsh’s major books;

2)    an exploration of his turn to the personal; and

3)    an examination of his application of this movement to the question of the secular in his most recent book.
