Transformational leadership brings renewal and redemptive change in ministry and organisational settings. In this new unit, students will critically engage in theological reflection, emotional and cultural intelligence, and contemporary leadership theory to develop insight into their own leadership identity. Through self-reflection and collaborative learning, you will cultivate practices to lead faithfully, adaptively, and ethically in a changing landscape.
