Chinese Lutheran Church of Victoria seeks a Youth Ministry Leader

Are you called to mentor and inspire the next generation?

The Chinese Lutheran Church of Victoria wishes to reach out to the second generation of children and youth who’s preferred language is in English. Appreciating their cultural heritage, the role of the Youth Ministry Leader (YML) is to nurture the faith and minister these young people in their preferred language.

In this key role, you will:

• Lead a dynamic youth ministry for high school students.
• Foster faith through fellowship, Bible study, and worship.
• Build a vibrant community where youth feel they belong.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A strong Christian faith and a heart for youth.
• Understanding of English-speaking Chinese youth culture.
• Team spirit and great organisational skills.

Position Details:

• 14 hours/week (Flexible)
• LCA Layworker Level 1 salary
• Work closely with a supportive Pastor and team
