This unit explores what it means for leaders of migrant, culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) faith communities in Australia, to minister to young people. Students will explore a range of frameworks for contextualisation, drawing from a breadth of local and global Asian and Pasifika scholarship. Students will be equipped to develop contextual theological responses to local challenges.
An intensive subject that runs for 5 Sessions on Tuesdays and Saturdays as follows:
- Oct 1 – 4, 9:30am – 4:30pm
- Oct 5, 9:00am to 4:00pm
- Oct 4: Discipling Youth Symposium (6pm – 9pm)
