Semester 2 unit | Theological and Practical Perspectives on Christian Leadership

This unit explores how to be a spiritual, Christ-like, effective leader. The unit is designed to equip pastors, leaders, and congregational members, so that your leadership honours Jesus, serves the church, and builds into people’s lives. Graham will help you explore current issues in Christian leadership, such as systems theories, emotional and cultural intelligence, leadership styles and approaches, building teams, women in leadership, organisational structures, missional leadership, conflict transformation, leading change, and spiritual leadership.
