The Administrator provides secretarial and administrative support to the steering committee responsible for implementing the University’s strategic goal in ‘Feminist Theologies’. This position is the first point of contact and service to the University and the public, assists in the arrangements of meeting times and venues, and provides support for working groups as directed by the steering committee.
The Administrator reports to the Convenor of the goal steering committee and supports all members of the steering committee.
1.1 Support the Convenor in the organisation of committee meetings, including document preparation, attending committee meetings, recording minutes and budget tracking and reporting.
1.2 Provide reception support for the committee, as the key contact for enquiries from the University and the broader network or public.
1.3 Establish and maintain document filing for the committee.
1.4 Provide event support, including invitations and RVSPs, and promotion and logistics as directed by the committee
1.5 Coordinate with relevant departments at the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and Colleges as required.
1.6 Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for invited speakers as directed.
1.7 Engage and monitor communications through platforms such as the network email account, website and Facebook, re-directing to whosever is appropriate as needed.
1.8 Monitor and map tasks so as to collect data to help predict future resource requirements for the goal.
1.9 Undertake other tasks as reasonably directed by the Convenor or a member of the committee to support and further the goal.

Terms and conditions
The position of Administrator is a part-time fixed-term (0.2 FTE) appointment at HEW Level 4 with the possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of the funding of the strategic goal within the University of Divinity. Hours are pro rata and flexible with more work around events and other peak periods.
