International Education Resilience Fund

If you are an international student in Australia experiencing financial hardship, you may be eligible for material or financial to support your study, through the Victorian Government’s International Education Resilience Fund (IERF). The fund is administered by the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions through Study Melbourne.

Eligibility

International students who are studying in Australia with the University of Divinity on a student visa (subclass 500) may be eligible.

Support Provided

Support provided by the fund may include:

  • Financial grant such as a gift card for food and groceries or payment of rent/bills
  • Technology grant such as provision of a Laptop or a Wifi dongle with internet access
