The Newness of the Gospel: Difference as Catholicity
Tuesday, 18 May, 6:30 pm–8:30 pm AEST
Inaugural Professorial Lecture of Reverend Professor John Flett
Location: Pilgrim Theological College and online
Read against the experience of “deculturation” within World Christianity, the lecture surveys the ecumenical failure to grant weight to so-called “non-theological” realities, before locating catholicity in those realities as basic to the local structuring of the church.
Registration details will be added soon.
