Reflective Practice: nurturing pastoral wisdom and imagination

Reverend Dr Sean Gilbert is Director of Pastoral Theology and Ministry Practice at Uniting College for Leadership and Theology where he has been a faculty member for eleven years. Before that he was in congregational ministry for over twenty years as a Minister of the Word and Sacrament. His lived integration of pastoral ministry and pastoral theology serves his approach to teaching, and engenders a genuine sense of encouragement and care for his students.
