A New Culture of Leadership to Revitalise the Church

Chris Lowney, a former Jesuit seminarian, served as Managing Director at J.P. Morgan in New York, Tokyo, Singapore and London for seventeen years. An engaging and sought-after speaker on issues around leadership, he is also well-known as a best-selling author, including of Heroic Leadership: Best Practices from a 450-Year-Old Company that Changed the World(2003), Pope Francis: Why He Leads the Way He Leads (2013) and Everyone Leads: How to Revitalize the Catholic Church (2017). Since 2013 he has been chair of the board of Catholic Health Initiatives, America’s second largest not-for-profit healthcare system. He is the recipient of several honorary doctorates in recognition of his outstanding service, including through philanthropy and social entrepreneurship.
