A forum on God’s violence in the Hebrew Bible and theology. Including an introduction to Dr Rachelle Gilmour’s new book, Divine Violence in the Book of Samuel (Oxford University Press, 2021).

Panellists will respond to Rachelle’s new book with perspectives on God’s violence in the Hebrew Bible and post-Shoah theology, followed by an opportunity for discussion.

Light refreshments will be served after the forum.
